This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, the server records the date and time, the address requested and your browser identifier. That is necessary in order to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
No cookies, no traffic measurement
This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel, no tag manager. No profile is built about you and you are not recognised on a return visit. That is also why there is no consent dialog here, there would be nothing to consent to.
Typefaces
The typefaces used (Anton and Familjen Grotesk) are stored on the same server as this website and loaded from there. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party service is made.
Map and directions
No map is embedded on this website. The “Get directions” button opens the navigation app on your own device. Only then, and only there, do the terms of that provider apply.
Contact form and e-mail
If you write to us through the form, the details you enter (name, e-mail address, phone number if you wish, and your message) are transmitted to us and processed in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR. No consent is required for this; sending the form is the request itself.
Technically, sending runs through a service we operate at Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers) and the e-mail delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Your details are not stored beyond what is needed to deliver the message.

Protection against automated submissions
The form contains a field that is invisible to people and is only filled in by automated programs, if it is filled in, we discard the submission. No data about you is processed for this.
Spam protection in the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)
So that the form is not flooded by programs, Cloudflare Turnstile runs in the background (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). It replaces the usual picture puzzle and normally runs without you doing anything.
In the process your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare, along with details about your browser and device and your behaviour on the page, as far as that is needed to tell a person from a program. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working form, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

We link to our Instagram profile. That is an ordinary link, no Instagram content is embedded and no data is transmitted to Meta when you open this website. Only once you tap the link do the terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply.
